FertiMed 2019 was conducted at Teerthanker Mahaveer Medical College & Research Center Moradabad by department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology (IVF) under the aegis of western U.P chapter of Indian Fertility Society on 20th October 2019. The one day conference with CME and Workshop was smoothly conducted under the guidance of Dr. (Prof.) Rehana Najam (Organising Chairperson) , Dr. (Prof.) Poonam Singh (Organising Secretary) , Dr. (Prof.) J K Goel (Secretary Western Uttar Pradesh Chapter of Indian Fertility Society) .
The Chief Guest was Dr. Neena Mohan , Guest of Honour were Dr. Rajesh Singh , Mr. Vipin Jain , Dr. (Prof.) Najmul Huda.
The conference included hands on training cum workshop on semen preparation techniques and Intra Uterine Insemination by Dr. Kanthi Bansal and Dr. Mukesh Bansal from Ahmedabad .
There were 12 talks and 2 panel discussions in the conference . The invited faculties were Dr. THS Bedi , Dr. Sangeeta Jain , Dr. Shashi Singh , Dr. Anirudh Singh , Dr. Shaheen who spoke on basic evaluation of infertile couple , follicular monitoring , Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome and Intra Uterine Insemination . They covered panel discussion on ovulation Induction protocol and male subfertility. The conference was attended by around 120 plus delegates. The conference was quite informative and was a great success.
